All products listed on our website are sourced from third-party suppliers located primarily in Italy.

Product availability is updated in real time; however, rare discrepancies may occur if the supplier’s stock changes before your order is processed.

Prices are shown in EUR and may include or exclude VAT (PVM) depending on your region and our tax settings.

For Lithuanian customers, prices are typically displayed including PVM, unless stated otherwise.

CUSTOM PRODUCT REQUESTS (ORDER BY PHOTO)

Once you approve the final product and we create a custom order, it becomes non-refundable, unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

GIFT CARDS

Gift cards are sold in EUR and delivered digitally via email.

Gift cards are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash.

The full value is applied without VAT, per EU rules (VAT applies only when using the gift card on products).

Lost or stolen codes will not be replaced unless proven not delivered.

ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

You may create an account to save orders and manage preferences.

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.

Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash.

We may suspend or delete accounts that violate our policies.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
